3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to create a pisoph account and use the Services. This requirement reflects the minimum legal age for casino gambling under PAGCOR regulations in the Philippines. pisoph will request documentary proof of age before processing any withdrawal and reserves the right to request such documentation at any stage of the account relationship.
3.2 Jurisdiction. The Services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that accessing and using the pisoph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so at their own risk and in breach of these Terms.
3.3 Registration Accuracy. When creating your pisoph account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. pisoph may verify this information at any time and may suspend or close accounts where information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.4 One Account Per Player. Each person may hold only one pisoph account. If pisoph identifies duplicate accounts linked to the same person, device, IP address, payment method, or household, pisoph reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close the duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonuses associated with them.
3.5 Prohibited Persons. pisoph accounts may not be held by: (a) persons under 21 years of age; (b) employees of pisoph or its affiliates; (c) persons on any self-exclusion list maintained by pisoph; (d) persons in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
4.1 Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pisoph login credentials. Any activity conducted using your credentials will be attributed to your account. You must notify pisoph immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via the 24/7 live chat support.
4.2 Verification. pisoph may require Know Your Customer (KYC) verification at any point. This typically involves submitting a government-issued ID, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment methods used. Failure to complete verification within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal holds.
4.3 Account Closure. You may close your pisoph account at any time by contacting the support team. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your wallet at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable verification requirements are met. Bonus funds are forfeited upon account closure unless they have already met the applicable wagering requirements.
4.4 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. pisoph will notify you at your registered mobile number before any dormancy fees or balance deductions are applied, in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.
5.1 Deposits. pisoph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PESONet. The minimum deposit is ₱100. Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits are credited within 30 minutes during standard banking hours. pisoph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes during business hours and within 2 hours outside business hours. pisoph reserves the right to perform additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.3 Source of Funds. pisoph may request evidence of your source of funds as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the pisoph platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱ / PHP).
6.1 General. pisoph may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotions from time to time. All such promotions are subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum odds (for sports bets), eligible games, and expiry periods that will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit will be stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on prohibited game categories will not contribute to wagering requirements.
6.3 Abuse & Fraud Prevention. pisoph reserves the right to withhold bonus funds and associated winnings, and to close accounts, where evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, syndicate activity, or any other form of systematic exploitation of promotional offers is identified. All bonus-related decisions by pisoph are final.
6.4 Modification. pisoph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is discontinued mid-campaign, eligible players will be notified with reasonable advance notice.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All wagers placed on pisoph are subject to the platform's betting rules and the specific rules applicable to each game or market. pisoph reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including in circumstances of system errors, manifest pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
7.2 Void Bets. A bet will be declared void if: (a) it is placed on an event that was subsequently cancelled; (b) the outcome was determined prior to the bet being accepted; (c) a technical error caused the bet to be accepted at incorrect odds; or (d) the relevant sporting body declares the event void. Voided bets are returned to your pisoph wallet balance.
7.3 Final Results. For sports betting markets, results are determined based on official results as published by the relevant sporting authority. pisoph's decision in all disputes regarding bet settlement is final pending any outcome of a formal complaint lodged with PAGCOR.

All content on the pisoph platform — including but not limited to software, game titles, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and design elements — is the intellectual property of pisoph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pisoph content without prior written authorisation.
10.1 pisoph provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, pisoph excludes all warranties, conditions, or representations of any kind, whether express or implied.
10.2 pisoph shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from: (a) platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues; (b) unauthorised access to your account; (c) events beyond pisoph's reasonable control, including force majeure events; or (d) any gambling losses you incur while using the Services.
10.3 Nothing in these Terms limits pisoph's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by its gross negligence, as such limitations are not permitted under Philippine law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through the pisoph complaints process. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines for any matters not resolved through the above processes.
